摘要
Abstract
Objective Without tension hernia repair of treatment of adults in umbilical hernia application value. Methods Retrospective analysis application without tension hernia repair adult umbilical hernia operation with the clinical data of 73 patients, statistics without tension sex adult umbilical hernia repair used surgery and hospital stay, the postoperative complications and recur ence. Results 73 patients use operation time was (69.5±8.6)min, average hospitalization time (6.8±2.7)d, complication occur ed in 4 (5.48%), including postoperative urinary retention in 2 cases, subcutaneous haematomas in 2 cases. Fol ow-up 1~2 years without recur ent hernias. Conclusion Without tension hernia repair adult umbilical hernia operation with good curative ef ect, less complications, and can reduce the recur ence.关键词
