摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect hydrocortisone in compound Hydrocortisone Lotion.Methods Using RP-HPLC,The chromatographic column was AKZONOBEL Kromasil C18 (250 mmí4.6mm, 5μm), Acetonitrile-water (28:72) was used as solvents. Results The linear range of hydrocortisone was 0.08~0.12mg·ml-1 (r=0.99995);The average recovery was 100.8%,with RSD=0.50%.Conclusion The method was simple,fast and accurate for the quality control of compound Hydrocortisone Lotion.关键词
