Abstract
Objective To observe the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury, the ef ects of daily life. Methods The 30 patients with spinal cord injury were divided into observation group and control group, the control group conventional nursing; And observation group general routine nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, health education, psychological rehabilitation, bladder rehabilitation care, daily living skil s training, etc.). Results Compared with control group and observation group after 3 months of treatment in patients with depression anxiety scale and improve daily life ability of dif erent degree, statistical y significant dif erence( <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can reduce depression in patients with spinal cord injury anxiety score, can improve the patients' daily life ability, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
