Abstract
Objective To study the observatory sur ounded type joint bone artifacts clinical curative ef ect for the treatment of multiple fractured ribs. Methods From June 2011 to December 2012 for treatment of 60 patients with fracture of multiple ribs, according to the dif erent treatment, were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group patients. The needle was the control group were treated by surgical internal fixation and plate fixation method for treatment, observation group were treated by the observatory sur ounded type bone artifacts internal fixation operation for treatment, compared the clinical ef icacy of two groups of patients. Results The observation group of patients with length of hospital stay and postoperative complications and pain in patients with significantly bet er than the control group, < 0.05 dif erence is statistical y significant. Two groups of patients after surgery a month for the X-ray scanning to review, no chest contour deformity, only one case of fracture displacement, surgery later reviewed X-ray scanning again, al patients with fracture healing. Conclusion For patients with multiple fractured ribs adopt the observatory sur ounded type bone artifacts treatment, surgical treatment time is short, less complications, simple operation, less trauma, curative ef ect is distinct, have clinical value, can be promoted.关键词
