Abstract
Objective To investigate the cause and risk factor of a food poisoning outbreak. Methods Descriptive epidemiology methods were used to describe the distribution of time, location and person. Case control study was used to detect the risk factor. Results 27 cases were fonded and the major symptoms were diar hea (100%), abdominal pains (85.19%), watery stool (74.07%), nausea (70.37%),vomit (66.67%). cold vegetable dish was the risk factor of the food poisoning outbreak. Unhygenic processing of cold vegetable caused the outbreak. Vibrio parahaemolyticus were tested from four stool, cold vegetable and smear. Conclusion The food poisoning was caused by contaminated cold vegetable dish. It was necessary to strengthen the supervision of cold food in summer, and prevent the food poisoning.关键词
