摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of echocardiography in fetal complete atrioventricular septal defect(CAVSD).Methods A retrospective analyses of 11 cases with fetal CAVSD with ultrasound imaging characteristic as wel as post-abortion autopsy results.Results A total of 11 cases CAVSD fetus,are confirmed by autopsy after induced labor,echocardiographic accuracy was 100%(11/11).The typical sonographic:cardiac enlargement,cross structure disappeared,atrial septal defect the lower and upper septal see only one set of common atrioventricular valve,CDFI:mutual communication between the four chambers of the heart blood flow.Conclusion Prenatal echocardiographic diagnosis of fetal CAVSD accuracy is high,has important value.关键词
