摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,early diagnosis and treatment of patients with falciparum malaria from Liberia peacekeepers and to enhance the ability of medical guarantee. Methods The clinical data,index of laboratory,complications, treatment and curative ef ect of 66 falciparum malaria cases from peacekeepers were analyzed by retrospective study.Results Al the 66 cases had the history of mosquito bites,The clinical manifestations of these cases varied,including high fever,headache,chil ,diar hea,part of them have shock,deceased platelet ,damage of liver function, pneumonia,failure of respiration,Al the patients were successful y treated with Artesunate drugs.Conclusion Artesunate drugs are safe,high ef ective and quick resultis,they are the first choice to treat falciparum malaria.The key of contrling condition, preventing serious complication and decreasing mortality are earlier diagnosis and ef ective therapy.关键词
