摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical curative ef ect analysis of intensive care indoor hypernatremia.Methods 38 patients with hypernatremia patients choose to accept treatment in our hospital during 2014.01~2014.12 in intensive care units,for the clinical treatment of the primary disease and hypernatremia were retrospectively analysis.Results After treatment,serum sodium level,the APACHE scores of patients decreased significantly,the dif erence was statistical y significant <0.05.Conclusion In ICU patients with hypernatremia,should be a comprehensive analysis of laboratory tests,the symptoms and the primary disease,treatment plan, promote the improvement of disease.关键词
