Abstract
Objective To understand the quality of life to bladder cancer patients undergoing neostomy,summary the main factors af ecting the quality of life ,meanwhile observing psychological factors af ect their quality of life.Methods To use Li Lingjiang and Yang Desen preparation comprehensive assessment of the quality of life questionnaire, questionnaire survey of 21 patients with bladder carcinoma patients undergoing neostomy,and data col ection.Results The total score of the quality of life in patients were only 58.29±10.28 points,physical function,social function,and mental function 3 latitude score less than 70 points,patients quality of life is visible poor,psychological y can not accept stoma.Conclusion The psychological resistance are the important factors af ecting the quality of life in patients with urinary stoma, nurses should good knowledge of health education to improve patients understanding of stoma ,thereby improve the quality of patients life.关键词
