摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the main factors that af ect the compliance of schizophrenic patients on long-term treatment in vil age.Methods The relationship of influence factors on compliance was investigated,including the severity of disease,drug side ef ect,social function,family support ability and et al.In this research,286 patients with schizophrenia in rural areas were selected and the relationship was measured through the mental health scale:the brife psychiatric rating scale (BPRS),the treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS)and the social disability screening schedule(SDSS). Results The distribution of the compliance in the ful sample are 28.6%patients of ful compliance,45.3%patients of partial compliance and 26.1%of non-compliance.The main Influence factors on the patients compliance are drug side reaction,family support ability,the severity of the disease.Conclusion The main Influence factors on the patients compliance are drug side reaction,family support ability,the severity of the disease.关键词
