Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic ef ect of Astragalus on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 128 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy, control group 54 patients, 74 patients of the treatment group, 4 weeks, fasting blood glucose testing before and after treatment, and 24-hour urinary albumin concentration. Results The patients treated with Astragalus injection four weeks later, fasting blood glucose decreased significantly ( <0.05), with the control group, the dif erence was not statistical y significant ( > 0.05); 24-hour urinary albumin decreased significantly ( <0. 01) compared with the control group, there was significant dif erence ( <0 .01). Conclusion Astragalus injection treatment of diabetic nephropathy have a therapeutic ef ect, it is worth using in clinical practice.关键词
