摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the sevoflurane joint r fentanyl on after anaesthesia to patients of influence on cognitive function in patients. Methods Col ect the needs and anesthesia surgery patients of our hospital 80 cases, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each. Control group patients use regular of fentanyl anesthesia method for anesthesia. Results Two groups of patients were obtained the certain ef ect, al normal operation at the same time, but time the resurgence of the observation group of patients significantly lower than the control group patients, at the same time observation group of patients with MMSE score and OAA/S score was bet er than the control group patients, al the dif erences were significant dif erence ( < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion In the process of clinical anesthesia for patients, the use of sevoflurane joint of fentanyl anesthesia methods can significantly reduce the awakening time of patients, and significantly improve cognitive function in patients with, is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.关键词
