摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef ects of daflon in treatment of edema after operation for tibial diaphyseal fracture. Methods The 122 patients were divided into treatment group (62cases)and control group(60cases).Treatment group received daflon oral y 2 pieces each time(0.45g per piece)three time a day for ten day.The other patients in control group received rapid.Intravenous dripping of 20%Mannitol injection 125ml,bid for ten days.Results After 3,6,10 days,The regression of lower extremity edema of treatment group were significantly bet er than that of control group.There were statistical y dif erence between the two groups( <0.05).Conclusion The clinicai ef ects of daflon in treatment of edema after operation for tibial diaphyseal fracture were satisfactory.关键词
