摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the comparability of serum total protein and albumin results detected by two dif erent biochemical analyzers. Methods According to NCCLS document EP9-A2, Hitachi 7600 biochemical analyzer is laboratory equipment (Y) and Beckman AU5800 biochemical analyzer is Comparative equipment (X). Col ecting high, medium and low value serum of Inpatient and outpatient measured on two biochemical analyzer. The results were comparative analysis and statistical analysis. Results The variance analysis showed the results between the two biochemical analyzers had no significant dif erence ( >0.05) and were significantly cor elated (r2>0.95), the correlation coef icients of total protein, albumin were 0.991 and 0.995. The results showed good comparability. The relative deviation of dif erent levels of medical decision results between the two instruments are within the al owable er or range. Conclusion There is good comparability between the results of serum total protein and albumin detected by two dif erent biochemical analyzers in our hospita1.关键词
