摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic ef ect of penetrating keratopIagty on lipid corneal degeneration.Methods The clinicaI data (incIuding clinicaI features and ef ectiveness)of 5 patients(7 eyes)with lipid corneal degeneration and were treated in our hospital from January 2007 to Noverber 2014,were analyzed and fol owed up for 2~83 months,with on average of 16 months. Results Al l patients were operated by penetrating keratopIasty.VisuaI acuity was increased significantIy after keratoplasty.After operation one month,or ected vision>0.1was 7 eyes (100%),cor ect vision>0.2 was 4 eyes(57.14%),cor ect vision>0.3 was 1eye(14.29%).Rejection occur ed in 2 eyes and no corneal lesion recur ed in al patients.Conclusion Penetrating keratoplasty is an ef ective method in treatment of lipid corneal degeneration,rejection was the major complication.关键词
