初探中药泡浴对新生儿黄疸的影响
Preliminary impact on neonatal jaundice medicine bath
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath on neonatal jaundice.Method Choose 400 neonates who are full-term and healthy,then randomly divide them into two groups,200 in each group.With one group using traditional Chinese medicine bath,while another group treated with simple water bubble bath,we collect the observation of condition of newborns jaundice and effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath on newborn’s skin integrity within 6 days.Results The traditional Chinese medicine bath could reduce the probability of high bilirubin,and also the neonatal jaundice.This difference is statistically significant,for there is no adverse reaction at all on all the case treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine bath helps subside newborn physiological jaundice and reduce the occurrence of neonatal pathological jaundice.This kind of therapy is convinient,useful,and has no adverse reactions.关键词
