Abstract
Objective To evaluate patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and brain-heart syndrome,and the incidence of cardiac electrical activity,myocardial enzyme changes.Methods Retrospective analysis from October 2010 to October 2013 the 80 cases admitted to our department SAH patients were observed in all patients with cardiac conditions and changes in serum myocardial enzyme changes.Results 80 cases of SAH patients, a total of 43 cases of the EGG changes,30 cases of CK-MB changed after active treatment,the majority of cases the EGG and CK-MB back to normal.Compared with the gradingⅢ patients below the rank of Hunt and Hess,Ⅲ grade above and CK-MB in patients with ECG changes in the incidence and mortality rates were significantlyincreased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Subarachnoid hemorrhage higher incidence of heart syndrome,but most patients and CK-MB EGG abnormalities were reversible.SAH incidence of brain-heart syndrome and severity of both showed a positive correlation with disease that SAH patients with more severe disease,the greater the probability of its occurrence brain-heart syndrome,and the worse the prognosis.关键词
