Abstract
Objective To explore the causes and nursing countermeasures of digestive tract polyps after endoscopic therapy in patients with hypoglycemia. Methods Between 2013.1-2013.7 digestion Department of internal medicine for treatment of 313 cases of digestive tract polyps endoscopy were enrolled in the study. The incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia, statistics, and analysis the cause of. Results Of the 313 patients and the incidence of hypoglycemia in 27 cases, 8.6%. Conclusion The history of diabetes, fasting time long, improper feeding glucose is the main reason to cause the hypoglycemia reaction. We should strengthen the assessment for patients, diet guidance, rational arrangement of treatment and rehydration and other measures, to prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia.关键词
