摘要
Abstract
Objective Investigation of xi'an urban medical osteopenia and osteoporosis prevalence, analyze its change law, provide the basis for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Metllods Using Israel produced SUNLIGHT7000 adults with type ultrasonic bone strength meter;3922 cases of different ages and sex subjects for clinical analysis of bone mineral density measurements in our hospital medical center at 2013. Results Osteopenia among young people more incidence, accounting for more than 40%, women with ages 50-70 reduce the incidence of more than men, while 70 of people over the age of men with reduced morbidity than females;50 women over the age of the prevalence of osteoporosis, were significantly higher than those of the same age group male (P<0.05).Conclusion With the increasing of age, male and female incidence of osteoporosis have to rise significantly, therefore, should start to prevent osteoporosis from teenagers, and focus on the elderly women in osteoporosis, accomplish early discovery, early treatment.关键词
