摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive psychological intervention in burn patients. Methods 60 cases of burn patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was received routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive psychological intervention based on the control group, and the two groups were compared with psychological behavior and life quality. Results After the intervention,adverse psychological of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression, anxiety,hostility, paranoid ideation score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,life quality of physical function, role function, emotional function, physical symptoms and overall health status in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive psychological intervention can alleviate the adverse psychological behavior in burn patients;improve the life quality.关键词
