Abstract
The academic-type graduates’participation in their tutors’research projects is one of important ways to train graduates’research skills. Through the questionnaire survey of 360 students of an agricultural university, we found that most academic-type graduates had ever involved in their tutors’project, and had a positive attitude toward their tutors’projects’academic quality and their relevance to the graduates’program orientation, and that they all had benefited from such positive influence from their projects. However, problems such as lack of guidance of their graduate students by their tutors and poor evaluation by students on some projects. Such positive factors were analyzed through an M-Logit Model and students’high expectation over more opportunities of involving in the projects which challenge their innovative skills. Some counter-measures were also offered in the paper.关键词
