江西省全科住院医师规范化培训模式与管理路径的研究
General Resident PhysiCian Standardization Training Mode and Management Path in Jiangxi
摘要
Abstract
[AbstraCt] The General resident physician standardization training is not only a necessary approach to cultivate general practitioners,but also an important measures in deepening the reforms of medical sanitary system and medical education. The research,citing Jiangxi general resident standardization training work as an example,focused on the four aspects of the policy level,the theoretical research level,management level,the specific implementation technology to carry out the research, aiming to provide a decision _ making basis for the scientific standardization training and application as well as the sustainable development of the community medical specialists.关键词
