多指标正交试验法优选滋阴明目片的提取工艺
Optimization of Ziyinmingmu Tablets Extraction Process by Multi-Index Orthogonal Experiment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize tbe extract process of Ziyinmingmu Tablets. Method Witb tbe content and extraction rate of tbe lo-ganin and salvianolic acid B as tbe comprebensive evaluation index,Tbe ortbogonal test of L9(34)was adopted to inspect tbe influence of volume of water,extract time and extract frequency on tbe extraction process. Result Tbe best extraction process was adding (10, 10,10) times amount water,and extracting 3 times witb 90 minutes eacb time. Conclusion Tbe optimal extraction process is stable and feasible.关键词
