摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe tbe clinical efficacy of ambroxol in preventing pulmonary complications after esopbageal cancer opera-tion and its influence on tbe respiratory function. Methods 88 patients were randomly divided into tbe control group and tbe treatment group,44 cases in eacb group. Tbe control group was given 5% glucose 250 mL by intravenous drip on preoperative 3 d,twice daily, wbile on tbis basis tbe treatment group was added witb ambroxol bydrocbloride 255 mg by intravenous drip,twice daily. On tbe basis of conventional anti-inflammation and analgesia after operation,tbe control group was given 5% glucose 250 mL by intravenous drip, twice daily,tbe patients witb complications were given 0. 9% sodium cbloride injection 8 mL plus gentamycin 80 000 U by atomization inbalation,once daily. Tbe treatment group was given 5% glucose 250 mL plus ambroxol bydrocbloride 255 mg by intravenous drip, twice daily,tbe patients witb complications was given 0. 9% sodium cbloride injection 8 mL plus gentamycin 80 000 U by atomization inbalation,once daily. Tbe two groups were treated for 9 d. Results Tbe occurrence rates of pulmonary atelectasis,pulmonary infection and respiratory failure after treatment in tbe treatment group were significantly lower tban tbose in tbe control group( P < 0. 05);tbe expectoration difficulty degree and sputum rare form in tbe patients witb complications in tbe treatment group were significantly im-proved compared witb tbe control group( P < 0. 05);moreover tbe respiratory indicators of PaO2,SaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 in tbe complica-tion patients of tbe treatment group were better tban tbose in tbe control group( P < 0. 05);tbe occurrence rate of adverse reactions bad no statistical difference between tbe two groups( P > 0. 05)and witbout affecting treatment. Conclusion Ambroxol can prevent and treat pulmonary complications after esopbageal cancer operation,effectively improves tbe respiratory function,bas obvious clinical effect and less adverse reactions,and is wortby of promotion.关键词
