Abnormal Noise Fault Diagnosis of a Concrete Pump Truck

Abstract
In order to find the cause of the abnormal noise from the chassis of a concrete pump truck, the vibration and noise of the abnormal concrete pump truck were tested firstly. It was estimated that the abnormal noise came from the transfer case of the truck. Secondly, the vibration signals in time domain and frequency domain from the transfer case were analyzed. According to the frequency characteristics of the defected bearings, the fault in the inner track of NJ 1028 bearing, which supports the export axes, was identified. Then, the configuration of the fault in the inner track and the assembly process of the transfer case were analyzed, and the reason which induces this kind of fault was found. Finally, relevant improvement was proposed and carried out, and its effectiveness was verified.关键词
