Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of saccharomyces boulardii powder in treatment of children with diarrhea indigestion. Methods 90 cases of infantile diarrhea dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups accord-ing to the control group and treatment group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics and symptomatic treatment, treatment group was treated with saccharomyces boulardii powder treatment, the effect of two groups was compared. Results The treatment group's patient had significantly higher efficiency, diarrhea mean time was (74.45± 27.37)h, which was significantly shorter than the control group, duration<7d percentage of 91.11%, was significantly higher than the control group, hospitalization time of treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group, the treatment costs significantly less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). All patients had no adverse reactions or allergic reactions. Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii powder in treatment of children with diarrhea indigestion treatment has good efficacy, without any significant adverse reactions, it is safe and effective, saccharomyces boulardii powder can be used as treatment of infantile diar-rhea indigestion first-line drugs.关键词
