摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the health effect of education pathway on rehabilitation of patients for percuta-neous coronary intervention. Methods The first percutaneous coronary intervention included 115 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=58 cases) and control group (n=57 cases), with the same treatment and the general care program, the control group received conventional health education, while the observation group treated with rehabilitation, education path. Results After PCI 6 months, the intervention group observed rate of blood pressure, aerobic exercise standard rate were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), the smoking rate, body mass index, glycated hemoglobin were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05) , effect of risk factors control were better than the control group. GSES self-efficacy scale scores of observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), HPLPII scale health responsibility, self-realization, exercise, nutrition, stress response, inter-personal dimensions and total scores were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), self-efficacy and health behavior significantly of observation group were better than the control group. Conclusion The education pathway of re-habilitation interventions contribute to the promotion of education percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with postoperative rehabilitation therapy to improve risk factors control, healthy lifestyles and self-efficacy.
