摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical results of fibular osteotomy in treatment of tibial plateau fibular osteotomy fracture. Methods A total of 114 cases in our hospital were divided into two groups and the control group, treatment group was observed by the fibular osteotomy treatment, the control group was anterolateral approach. Results The group of patients with fracture healing time was(12.97±3.04)weeks,the control group(16.34±7.91)weeks,the healing time was shorter observation group than the control group (P<0.05);in knee X-ray score and the excellent rate of joint function,the observation group was 92.98%, 98.25%respectively, the control group was only 78.95%, 87.72%,with sig-nificant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical results after treatment of fibular osteoto-my lateral tibial plateau fracture significantly,can be widely used.关键词
