Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of seretide on pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 106 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group who were treated by the respiratory medicine in our hospital from September 2013 to March 2014. The control group was given conventional treatment as continuous oxygen, fight infection, relieving cough and reducing sputum etc. The observation group was given seretide on the basis of the control group. After 3 months, the pulmonary function and blood gas analysis were compared. Results There were no differences of FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC, FEV1%, PaO2 and PaCO2 between two groups before treatment, after treatment the indicators of observation group were obviously improved than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The seretide can effectively improve the pulmonary function and blood gas index of COPD patients, and it is conducive to improve the prognosis and the quality of life of patients.关键词
