武术拳操教学对大学生身心健康影响的研究
Effect of wushu boxing teaching on college students’physical and mental health
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of wushu boxing teaching on college students’physical and mental health. Methods 725 freshmen attending wushu boxing class were selected in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were given 14 weeks of wushu boxing teaching (once every week, 120 minutes each time). Two physical and two mental health tests were conducted before and after the experiment. Physical fitness test indexes such as vital capacity, vital capacity of body weight, grip strength, grip strength of body weight, standing long jump and step test were recorded. Also monitored were psychotic symptom factors of“self-assessment lists of symptom SCL–90”such as somatization, obsessive and compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror and paranoid. Results After the experiment, the boys had a very significant increase in lung capacity (P<0.01) while the girls showed a rising tendency instead of a significant increase. Their grip strength was significantly enhanced (P<0.01 in boys, P<0.05 in girls). The boys had a very significant increase (P<0.01) in standing long jump while the girls had a growing trend without an obvious increase. Both the boys and girls had a very significant increase (P<0.01) in step test. There was also a significant decrease (P<0.05) in depression, anxiety and paranoid factors. Conclusion Wushu boxing teaching can play a positive role in promoting college students' physical and mental health.关键词
