对内经选读课程应用“三明治”教学法的探索与思考
Exploration and consideration on application of“sandwich”method in teaching selected readings of Internal Canon of Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of“sandwich”method in teaching selected readings of Internal Canon of Medicine. Methods One same class was randomly divided into experiment and control group, with 16 students in each group.“Sandwich”method was applied to the experiment group and traditional lecturing method was given to the control group. After the experiment, students in both groups were tested in theoretical knowledge and case history. Results Students in the experiment group performed better in case analysis and total score with a statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in test of theoretical knowledge. Conclusion“Sandwich”teaching method can help enhance students’ability to analyze and solve problems.关键词
