Collaborative innovation for nurturing outstanding TCM personnel with establishment of long-term mechanism

Abstract
This paper analyzed characteristics of collaborative innovation for nurturing outstanding personnel in TCM universities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanjing. Their successful experience in collaboration was summarized. Long-term mechanism for nurturing outstanding personnel of Chinese medicine was discussed from aspects of system administration, resource allocation, institution operation, and examination and evaluation. Systematized and collaborative administration may help create postgraduate education brand of outstanding TCM personnel.关键词
