Cultivating TCM graduate students’executive force in scientific research
摘要
Abstract
Postgraduate students have become an important force of scientific research in colleges and universities. TCM graduate students are faced with many challenges such as insufficient modern biological technologies and scientific research platforms. Their team members are changing every year, so it is hard to form a research team that is of stable scientific research executive force. On the basis of many years experience, this paper tried to explore ways to train scientific research team that has stable executive force in colleges and universities. Cultivating team culture, stimulating initiatives, and forming motivation systems were discussed.关键词
