裸花紫珠组培苗移栽基质的筛选研究
Study on Selection of Substrates for Transplanting of Tube Plantlets of Callicarpa nudiflora
摘要
Abstract
Effects of different substrates on the survival rate and growth status of the Callicarpa nudiflora tube plantlets were studied taking tube rooting plantlets of Callicarpa nudiflora as material. The results indicated that the ratio of river sand ,garden soil,coir dust,perlite,was 2∶1∶1∶1 and this ratio was the optimum substrate for transplanting of tube plantlets of Callicarpa nudiflora,and the plantlets transplanted to the substrate gained the highest survival rate and the best growth status.关键词
