Abstract
To define disaster year to meteorological yield reduction rate ,the regional distribution of Fushun regional disaster average reduction rate was analyzed,disaster intensity of different types of meteorological disasters and disaster frequency distribution was studied. On the basis of the average reduction rate,a meteorological disaster intensity and risk index,the risk zoning of agricultural meteorological disasters in the region was made, the countermeasures in disaster prevention and mitigation were proposed so as to provide the scientific basis for making plan of agricultural production and adoting disaster prevention and mitigation measures for the government and decision-making departments.关键词
