摘要

Abstract

According to the water transmittance,the water of Baihua Lake was stratified sampling by vertical direction. Primary Productivity was estimated by chlorophyll a method and Black and White method respectively. The results showed that as the depth increased,the primary productivity decreased,at a depth of 0 m,0.86 m,1.29 m,1.72 m and 2.15 m,the primary productivity estimated by the chlorophyll a method were 0.827 mg/(m3· d),0.744 mg/(m3·d),0.727 mg/(m3·d),0.661 mg/(m3·d)and 0.647 mg/(m3·d),respectively,and the primary productivity estimated by the Black and White method were 0.822 mg/(m3·d),0.750 mg/(m3·d),0.730 mg/(m3·d),0.661 mg/(m3·d),0.652 mg/(m3·d).Primary productivity values from the two methods was approaching,the maximum relative deviation<0.8%.
