十二烷基磺酸钠对山羊精液冷冻效果的影响
Effects of Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate on Frozen Semen of Goat
摘要
Abstract
In this experiment,the goat sperm was frozen in extrender containing 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20%,0.25%,0.30%SDS respectively. The best results about semen motility,aerosome intact and membrane integrity were obtained with SDS at 0.10%(73.90%),0.20%(58.46%) and 0.10%(54.13%) respectively.The quality of goat sperm after thawing decreased siginficantly with 0.20%SDS (P<0.01). In the experiment,the suitable addition of SDS was 0.10%.关键词
