摘要
Abstract
In order to have an overview of Chinese rural land trust reform and find the practical problems faced,concerned the interests protected situation of farmers in the land trust mechanism.The social practice team of economic school,Huazhong University of Science and Technology carried out field survey in Caowei Town,which was the pilot land trust town in Yiyang Hunan,during July,2015.The team applied questionnaire,interview and visiting survey method to collect information from the government,the contractor and the farmer.Based on the field survey,the article used game theory to analyze the problems raised during the survey by contractors and farmers.The analysis pointed out the key points in these problems and solutions to them.At last,the article put forward some suggestions on how land trust should be popularized considering the regional features of Caowei Town.关键词
