Abstract
Lumbar disc herniation is a common and frequent disease, most patients tend to choose the conservative treatment, traditional chinese medicine fumigation is one of the most wide-ly used for it. This article studied and settled the literatures about using traditional chinese medicine fumigation to treat lumbar disc herniation in recent years,found that traditional chinese medicine fu-migation have original curative effect whether using it alone or combining other therapy such as traction, acupuncture, manipulation, point injection, ect. And analyzed the principle of the Mecha-nism about combination of chinese traditional and western medicine of traditional chinese medicine fumigation. Meanwhile, on the basis of settling the literature, this article further analyzed the exist-ing problem about the study of using traditional chinese medicine fumigation to treat lumbar disc herniation, put forward that the study and clinical application for using traditional chinese medicine fumigation to treat lumbar disc herniation should further develop screening fumigation drug's pre-scription , discriminating using fumigation and pain mechanism about lumbar disc herniation.关键词
