The Effect Observation of Internal Medicine Comprehensive Rehabilitation in Acute Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the treatment and clinical value of internal medicine compre-hensive rehabilitation in acute stroke. Methods:132 patients with acute stroke from January 2008 to December 2010 were selected in our hospital. They were medially divided into observation group (comprehensive rehabilitation group) and control group (usual care group) according to the rehabili-tation implementation method. Guided the practice of clinic treatment by means of comparing the differences between two group of before and after rehabilitation. Results:The clinic functional dam-age, NIHSS and Fugl-Meyer grade, dysphagia classification and so on of the treatment group were better than that of control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:The medicine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is benefit to functional re-covery, and it can improve symptoms of acute stroke. It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
