Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of sedation effect on oral chloral hydrate in MRI scanning on children. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the data of 105 children with head MRI scanning and sedation monitoring record. All of patients were used oral chloral hydrate to sedation before the MRI scanning, recorded and monitored the vital signs of children. Results:105 children accepted oral chloral hydrate and finished the MRI scanning. The overall success rate was 89.5%with no children ap-peared respiratory complications. Conclusion:It was safe and feasible for sedation with oral chloral hy-drate in MRI scanning of children.关键词
