Abstract
Objective:To master the sanitary conditions about the enterprise of barreled pure wa-ter production, explore the effective supervision measures of ensuring product sanitation quality is steady. Methods:9 enterprises which produced barreled pure water in Guyuan were selected. They were conducted hygiene investigation and product sanitation quality sampling inspection. Results:The rate of enterprise health license was 100%, the rate of employee health certificate was 85.71%, the qualified rate of sample was 63.5%, the rate of total plate count, conductivity, consumption of potassium permanganate were 73%、74.6%、94.4%. Other indicators were qualified. Conclusion:The sanitation and quality of barreled pure water in Guyuan was not optimistic, related departments should pay attention to it.关键词
