The Discussion of Using Fast Track Surgery Idea in Thyroidectomy Perioperative Nursing

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of the FTS idea in thyroidectomy periopera-tive nursing. Methods:112 patients with thyroidectomy treatment in our department from Septem-ber 2010 to March 2012 were selected. They all were used the FTS idea of treatment scheme in peri-operation and the conventional working of nursing which was guiding in the treatment scheme ac-cording to the complication and observed the postoperation and followed for recovery, occurrence of complications and the satisfaction of patients. Results:The 112 patients' surgery were successful, hospitalization time is 3~5d, averaged 4.5d;The situation of complications: Hoarseness (Tempo-rary):2cases, Wound infection:1 case, Numbness and twitching:1case, subcutaneous swelling and ecchymosis:2 case, the symptoms were improved after symptomatic treatment. All patients were sat-isfied for the nursing and the nursing comfort degree. Patients all were satisfied with the postopera-tive follow-up within 6~24 months, and their quality of life had been improved. Conclusion:The application of FTS idea that using in thyroidectomy perioperative nursing is safe and effective.关键词
