摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of carrying out high quality nursing to change the nursing mode in my department. Do some stage working summary for further increasing the effi-ciency of nursing work and the satisfaction of patients. Methods: Required that nurses should reach a consensus, transform the idea of nursing work, and be built on the basic nursing as the cornerstone of create excellence. Explored work methods by means of optimizing the management model to ad-just work time. Being built on the basic nursing as cornerstone, established all-round contract of bed, implemented the responsibility system, stepped quality control system and the whole course of high quality nursing service system, etc. Put forward countermeasures to further promote the nurs-ing service quality and satisfaction of patients. Results: High quality nursing service should focus on the basic nursing quality. Blend in the high quality nursing service with the new nursing model. It can engender important positive effect in our department.关键词
