Abstract
Objective: To realize the influence about implementing the high quality nursing to the patients’satisfaction. Methods:Conducted a survey of nursing service satisfaction every month, before implementing the high quality nursing from January 2011 to June 2011, 430 inpatients were compared and analyzed the patient satisfaction to 530 inpatients who implementing the high quality nursing from July 2011 to December 2011. Results: Patient satisfaction improved obviously after the implementation of high quality nursing (P<0.01). Conclusion: Implement high quality nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing, and it also can improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work.关键词
