摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing on senile diabetes complicated pneumonia. Meth-ods: 60 patients with senile diabetes who were cured in our department from July 2009 to March 2012 were selected to be randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in ob-servation group were used comfortable nursing, while 30 cases in control group were adopted con-ventional nursing. Results:In observation group, 18 cases had marked effective, 9 cases were im-proved, 3 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 90.0%; in control group, 14 cases had marked effective, 8 cases were improved, 8 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 73.3%;clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: It had remarkable effect to use comfortable nursing to senile diabetes complicated pneumonia in clin-ic, and it is worthy of applying and disseminating.关键词
