摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical treatment methods about cicatricial cyesis after cesar-ean delivery, observe the efficacy. Methods:34 patients with cicatricial cyesis after cesarean deliv-ery were selected from April 2009 to April 2010 in our department. Clinical data were retrospective-ly analyzed, observed the treatment methods of department and analyzed the clinic efficacy. Re-sults:After receive patient, we gave relevant inspection timely to confirm patients progress. 8 cases were used conservative treatment, none of them appeared obvious adverse reaction. 26 cases accept-ed surgical treatment and all of them were recovery well and left hospital. Conclusion:According to the cicatricial cyesis after cesarean delivery, need to give relevant inspection timely to confirm pa-tients’progress. And on the basis of above formulate the treatment strategies. Using medicine con-servative treatment or surgery to remove lesions and maintain patients’life and health.关键词
