Abstract
Objective:To discuss the standard of diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 56 pa-tients with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction who were treated in our hospi-tal from February 2008 to February 2012. 54 cases were treated by conservative treatment, 2 cases were treated by operative treatment and conservative treatment. Results:All of patients were recov-ery. The average healing time was (12±1.5) d. Conclusion:Early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction always happens in 2 weeks after operation. The cardinal symptom is abdominal distension caused by small intestinal inflammatory edema adhesion. So it should be treated by con-servative treatment.关键词
