Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treat-ment of pediatric respiratory system disease. Methods:70 children with respiratory system disease from February 2009 to February 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group was given conventional therapy, while observation group was aided ambroxol hydrochloride injection on the basis of conventional therapy of control group. They were observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complication in observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:It has a good clinical therapeutic effect in treatment of pediatric respiratory system disease by using ambroxol hydrochloride injection, it has little adverse reaction and it is worthy of application in clinic.关键词
