综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To explore the Comprehensive Therapy in treating nerve root cervical spondylosis. Methods:140 patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis were randomly divided in-to treatment group and control group, each group had 70 cases. Treatment group was cured with ker-otherapy, acupuncture and massage. Control group was cured with acupuncture and massage. We observed the clinical efficacy and the score changes of symptoms and signs after 14 treatment days. Results:The total effective rate was 92.9% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group. There was significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The score changes of symptoms and signs decreased obviously after treatment, the changed level in treatment group was greater than that of in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Using kerotherapy, acupuncture and massage to treat nerve root cervical spondylosis has synergies. It can increase the effective rate, improve the quality of live. It is worthy of application and dissemination.关键词
